It written to prosecute individuals on a Federal Level Who impersonate military personnel for the purpose to fraudulently gain benefits. Individuals may also CON people by claiming non-existent or sub standard military service to gain services or access to housing, or your bank account. ( quite honestly, unfortunately some people claim fake combat service or military services in the dating arena...be wary...it's despicable but it does happen too frequently) Meet Bill Foltz or Fultz…Faking It As A Combat Marine. This guy has done it all! Very bad tenant to have around. Under his hat he has no hair.
This story is about one such individual. He presents fake ID and fake papers documenting military service he did not have. He had uniforms he probably did not use. He claimed service in the U.S. Marine Corps and Black Water, that he probably did not do. He used threats of violence and intimidation when he was confronted about lying and stealing and using alcohol.
We believe he was acquainted with Kelli G. Dawson Gypsy Gurl, (they lived right in the same neighborhood very close to each other.)
They both had serious Methamphetamine Backgrounds...
